How does the billing process work for appointment?
To secure your video or phone booking, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be prior to your event. For face to face visit 10% to reserve appointment date and rest of money can be paid on arrival.

Document Checklist-
Passport still valid for the future not expiring within 6 months
Birth Certificate for any children
Marriage Certificate for spouses also divorce certificate
Background Check from Home Country (Apostilled*) must be officially stamped by government(in the USA this goes to Washington D.C.), this is usually only valid for 3-6 months from being issued. This will be needed to be done each time you renew.
Education Records notarized by the institution you attended
Rental contract for a year and/or property purchase (the municipality of property purchase can affect when you are able to apply be aware some are several months out of registering sale transfers of property and you must have the ‘List Nepokretnosti’ in your name to show to the municipality where you start your application. We can check the government website for when your name shows active in the records.
